Marine & Industrial Separators We supply complete new machines which have been manufactured by Alfa Laval licensees. All machines come with complete sets of tools, flexible steel hoses, full sets of gravity discs, purifier and clarifier parts, vibration dampers and consumable spares for six months of operation. Machines are guaranteed for twelve months of operation. We can supply either solid bowl separators or self cleaning separators.

Spare parts We carry one of the most extensive range of non genuine spares for Alfa Laval separators in the World. All spares supplied by ourselves carry exactly the same guarantee as those supplied by the original manufacturers. Unlike some non genuine manufacturers the spare parts fit and work first time, every time; therefore your staff will only have to strip and repair the machine once, saving you down-time and inconvenience. Total compatibility and total end-user confidence.

Reconditioned Separators Where saving money is crucial. All reconditioned machines are guaranteed for twelve months of operation. All machines prior to reconditioning are stripped of all components, cleaned, inspected and rebuilt. The horizontal and vertical drives are carefully checked for wear and new parts are fitted if needed. All ball bearings are automatically changed. All electric motors are exchanged for new units regardless of their condition.

Heat Exchangers We can offer a wide range of new and reconditionned heat exchangers including new plate heat exchangers, new brazed heat exchangers, new specialist heat exchangers and new heat exchanger plates. Complete reconditioned plate heat exchangers are available. The plates have all undergone the reconditioning process and then assembled in the frames, the complete units are then pressure tested and a certificate from any classification society can be obtained at cost. Reconditioned units are guaranteed for twelve months of operation.
